1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProxyB2B services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProxyB2B LLC, incorporated in the State of Texas, USA.

2. Service Description

ProxyB2B provides residential proxy services consisting of IP addresses sourced from ethically consenting residential device owners. Services are offered on a volume-based pricing model: $450 per TB for volumes under 1 TB, and $350 per TB for volumes of 1 TB and above.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ProxyB2B services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing systems or networks without authorization
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
• Scraping or accessing content in violation of applicable Terms of Service of target platforms where such access is illegal
• Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Any activity violating applicable local, state, federal, or international laws

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. For volumes under 1 TB, payment is processed through Stripe using major credit or debit cards. For volumes of 1 TB and above, payment is accepted exclusively via USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency on TRC-20 or ERC-20 networks. Services are activated upon confirmed payment receipt.

5. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. ProxyB2B will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure credentials.

6. Service Availability

While ProxyB2B strives to maintain 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be issued at our discretion for extended outages attributable to our infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology associated with ProxyB2B is the exclusive property of ProxyB2B LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyB2B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

ProxyB2B reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service. Unused bandwidth credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

ProxyB2B reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing (under 1 TB orders)
• Infrastructure Providers: Hosting and networking partners under strict data processing agreements
• Law Enforcement: When required by valid legal process or to protect rights and safety

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for 7 years as required by US financial regulations. Connection logs are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe — ProxyB2B never stores raw card numbers or CVV codes.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@proxyb2b.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. International Transfers

Your data is processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. We apply appropriate safeguards for transfers involving EEA or UK residents.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital bandwidth services, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Refunds

• Service Failure: If ProxyB2B experiences a sustained outage of 12+ hours and the purchased bandwidth cannot be delivered, a pro-rated credit or refund will be issued.
• Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
• Unused Credit (within 24 hours): If you have not used any bandwidth and contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Bandwidth already consumed, even partially
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
• Dissatisfaction with proxy performance due to target site restrictions outside our control
• USDT cryptocurrency payments (due to irreversibility of blockchain transactions, we issue service credits in lieu of refunds)

4. How to Request

Email support@proxyb2b.com with your order ID, the reason for your request, and any relevant details. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the standards of conduct expected of all ProxyB2B customers. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

2. Permitted Uses

• Web scraping and data collection for business intelligence
• Ad verification and brand monitoring
• SEO tracking and SERP monitoring
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Academic and security research
• Geo-targeted content testing
• Sneaker and limited-edition retail automation (where legally permitted)

3. Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) or similar attacks
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Distribution of spam, malware, or phishing content
• Illegal surveillance or stalking
• Copyright infringement at scale
• Any activity prohibited by US federal or Texas state law

4. Enforcement

ProxyB2B monitors for abuse patterns. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose account information when presented with valid legal process. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe is engaged in prohibited activities.
